From the app — immediate deletion Open MirrorFit and go to Settings → Delete account. To confirm, you must type "DELETE". Deletion is immediate, irreversible and erases your profile, email address, password, avatar, garments, outfits, collections, virtual try-on history, preferences and stored images. Request by email You can also write to support@mirrorfit.life from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". These requests are typically processed within a few business days and always within a maximum of 30 days. Important about subscriptions Deleting your MirrorFit account does not cancel an active subscription. Before deleting it, you must cancel the subscription in: • Google Play → Payments and subscriptions. • App Store → Apple ID → Subscriptions. • Web management portal, if you subscribed via the web. What data may be retained Full erasure, including caches and infrastructure backups, is completed within a maximum of 30 days. We may retain only: • accounting and billing records for the legal periods applicable in Germany, currently up to 8 years where required under §147 AO and §257 HGB; • pseudonymised anti-fraud technical records, such as purchase identifiers and an irreversible hash of the email address, never the email in clear text, only for as long as necessary to prevent fraud, resolve disputes and restore purchases.
